We've got a 5-pounder!!
Yes, Ian has reached another milestone and tipped the scales at 5lbs tonight. Ian has also been moved to the fourth floor, much because of a lot of newborn arrivals who clearly need more elevated care than he. So Ian is now coasting his last few days at the step-down unit of the NICU. We still don't know when he'll get out but we are feeling good that we are now getting close. Ian had some kangaroo-kare with Mom tonight, which will help him sleep soundly!
