Known to his parents-to-be as "Bumper", Ian Karl was born eleven weeks early after his Mom, Barbara developed Preeclampsia. Ian was born on January 22, 2006 and started his life in the new born intensive care unit (NICU) at the local hosptial. Hello Ian and family! What a joy to log on after so long (I just ran across the card you gave me at the hospital) and see you all thriving and loving life. Ian is beautiful and it looks like you are having loads of fun with him. I'm sorry I did not make the NICU party -- it would have been so fun to reconnect with you. If you get near the hospital in the future, give me a call -- I'd love to see you.
