Ian Karl

Known to his parents-to-be as "Bumper", Ian Karl was born eleven weeks early after his Mom, Barbara developed Preeclampsia. Ian was born on January 22, 2006 and started his life in the new born intensive care unit (NICU) at the local hosptial. Ian Karl's Blog Site follows Ian's journey through his time at the NICU, to his home coming and beyond.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY
It is Mothers Day today here in Thailand, which is also the Queen's birthday and a national holiday. We mark this auspicious occasion with a photo of Ian and Mommy having fun together playing at 'piggy backs'.
Today is also another landmark as this is the 200th Blog posting since we first posted way back in early 2006. A special thank you to all our viewers around the world who tune in regularly to see Ian's life on this Blog site. It is a pleasure to share with you all!
