Daddy is an American!

This week Ian attend a very special ceremony where he saw Dad become an American citizen. Ian behaved well during the swearing in session and was keen to have his photo taken with Dad afterwards, with Ian sporting his stars and stripes. Of course, Ian is happy now that Daddy has an American Passport just like his!

Summer in February!

What a beautiful day it was today! 65 degrees and bright sunshine allowed for a day on the front porch. In fact it was so warm there that Ian and Mommy sat behind the shades, which is where we see them pictured. Ian has also become such an expert at stair-climbing that the gates have now gone up. We also see Ian behind bars tonight ..... the bars of the gates, of course. And know that he is figuring out how to get through them now too!

Who's Lookin' At Ya?!

The comment we hear so often now is that Ian is really beginning to look like a little boy (rather than a baby boy, that is!). He seems to be growing up so very fast before our eyes, something we have been warned about by many a parent. Well, it is true - they do grow quickly! But he still does look cute though, eh?!

Climbing the Stairs!

Ian has now mastered stair climbing. The problem is he can't yet come down them safely, so he has to be monitored. His crawling antics are now making sure Mom and Dad are kept busy chasing him around too. There's never a peaceful moment now it seems. Our photo's today show Ian getting up those stairs.
