Away From Ian!
No photo tonight, since both Mommy and Daddy are away for the weekend house-hunting in Minneapolis while Ian stayed home with Brianna! And from what we hear, Ian has had a fine time playing with the neighborhood kids though we fully suspect he is also missing his parents. Mom flies back on Sunday but Dad will have to wait several more days before he sees his little boy again due to more travel committments. Given the current travel schedule which also sees Ian headed to Connecticut with Mom for a weeks vacation, we will next see Ian on the Blog on Sunday May 6th.

That Spring Feelin'!

Ian seems to have spent much of this week with his short off, since we've had some really nice weather and now that he's so active he soon gets a touch warm after another session exploring the house. Ian's vocabulary is also growing. While no specific words are evident, the variety of expressions are clear signs that he is now putting sounds to certain household objects. I guess we'll figure out which ones are which in due course. In tonights photo, we see Ian sporting his 'lip' look. He pouts his bottom lip out, which we think is some kind of show of defiance. Yes, he certainly is beginning to establish his boundaries now.
