Beach fun!
Ian and Dad went camping for the weekend in mid-May. While not ideal conditions, we did enjoy a gorgeous evening on the beach at sunset. Ian found the trampolines and also went on a bike ride with Dad and played at the amusement arcades too. A fun weekend, but next time one that needs to be a bit warmer and not wet!

Woburn Safari Park
Ian spent Sunday at Woburn Park, touring the safari park in the Land Rover and then he had a blast on the aerial ropes course. Whilst driving round, we saw all the big game animals but the highlight being a fight between the lions right in front of our car (we didn't get our cameras ready in time to catch it)! We then had the monkey's sit on the car and catch a ride with us for a while.  After the drive-through tour, we then headed into the park and onto the ropes, which is a course that takes some half hour to navigate and is suspended up to 30 feet above the ground. Ian zipped through it, but had a few tricky sections to get past but all in all this was his highlight of the day including the crash landing at the end of the zip wire to finish (see picture!).
